Cassava Flour Tortillas

Very similar to regular flour tortillas, I am still amazing at how great these are. I heated these directly on the stove over an open flame and charred it a little.

Two brands that I’ve used are by Siete and Mikey’s. They are nearly identical but Mikey’s was sold for $5.99 and Siete’s price was $8.99 at Sprouts Farmer’s Market.

Siete Ingredients: Cassava Flour, Water, Coconut Flour, Coconut Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt, Xanthan Gum.

Mikey’s Ingredients: Water, Cassava Flour, Coconut Flour, Sunflower Oil, Apple Cider Vinegar, Sea Salt.

Both are: Grain Free, Paleo, Vegan, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Non-GMO project verified.
