Contoured Sleep Mask
It’s best to sleep in a cool room that’s completely dark, if possible. Light sources like nightlights, outside streetlights, power lights from devices in your room, and screens can be sensed through the eyelids and disrupt the body’s natural production of melatonin. This eye mask completely blocks out any light in the room.
I have one on my nightstand at home and one goes into my purse when I travel.
This is the one I’ve used the past few years, and it’s much better than a simple silk eye mask. The cushion around the eyes is comfortable and the mask doesn’t touch your eyelids at all. For the rare times I have false lashes on for a special occasions, it doesn’t disturb them.
