SprinJene Toothpaste with Fluoride

Initially, I switched to Desert Essence’s Pink Himalayan Salt Toothpaste because I realized I was getting canker sores from sodium lauryl sulfate found in most toothpastes. Since switching to toothpastes that are SLS-free, I don’t get them regularly like I used to.

Desert Essence’s Pink Himalayan Salt Toothpaste is also free of carrageenan and fluoride but the flavor is so-so, I don’t really care for the salt taste. Desert Essence’s Wintergreen and Cool Mint both have carrageenan.

SprinJene Toothpaste with Fluoride re-mineralizes enamel, helps with sensitive teeth and gums. I was using fluoride-free toothpaste until I came across some information (links below) that convinced me to start using fluoride again. Apparently, fluoride protects your teeth and is OK to use topically, just don’t ingest it.
