Cooling Arm Sleeve Sun Protection

This short cardigan blocks UV rays, preventing sunburns. While you sweat, it keeps you cool. It’s quick to dry—30 minutes after washing, it’s 90% dry.

I was skeptical of wearing these sun sleeves and wondered if they would feel restrictive around the armpits, but the cut is just right. It’s breathable, lightweight and takes up hardly any room in my bag. They run small, so size up. I’m usually a size small and a medium fits fine.

It’s great for outdoor sports. You can wet it with water, keep it in a ziplock bag or an empty tennis ball canister. Since putting it on isn’t easy when it’s wet, an option is to wear it first before spraying with water. It’ll cool you down instantly.
