Cooling Towel

To use the cooling towel, soak it in cold water, wring it out, and it’s ready to wear around your neck. If the towel starts to get warm again, rinse and repeat.

The disadvantage of the towel to the band or neck gaiter is that it doesn’t stay on well if you’re moving a lot. You'll have to be ok with draping it over your shoulders or legs while resting. It doesn’t make as much sense to wear it while very active. An option is to double-knot it for it to stay on.

Advantages of the towel over the neck gaiter? It’s more absorbable and you don’t have to pull it over your head.
